Itinerary

Day 1: Auckland; Arrival in Auckland & All Blacks Experience

Arrive in Auckland, New Zealand. After clearing Immigration and Customs, meet your driver for a private transfer to your Auckland accommodation for a 3-night stay. This afternoon, immerse yourself in the excitement of the All Blacks Experience at SkyCity Entertainment Precinct, where you can learn about the history and culture of New Zealand’s legendary rugby team. Engage with interactive exhibits, test your rugby skills, and enjoy behind-the-scenes insights. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax or begin exploring Auckland.

Day 2: Auckland; Auckland City Revealed Tour & Leisure

Experience the best sights of Auckland City this morning. Travel up Queen Street through the CBD, past Auckland University, and through the Domain inner-city park. Continue through Ponsonby, cross the Harbour Bridge to Devonport and stroll on Narrow Neck Beach. Return over the Harbour Bridge to Westhaven Marina and visit the Auckland Fish Market before heading to the Viaduct Harbour. The remainder of the day is free to explore Auckland at your own pace.

Day 3: Auckland; Day at Leisure in Auckland

Today is free to explore Auckland and surrounds at your leisure. You may wish to take a wine tour on Waiheke Island, visit local museums, indulge in Auckland’s vibrant food scene, or enjoy the views from the Skytower. Enjoy discovering more of what Auckland has to offer at your own pace.

Day 4: Rotorua; Auckland to Rotorua via Waitomo Caves

Today, depart Auckland for Rotorua with a guided tour via Waitomo Caves. Enjoy hotel transfers and admission to the famous Waitomo Glowworm Caves before continuing to Rotorua. As you arrive in Rotorua, your guide will show you key sites including Lake Rotorua, Government Gardens, Blue Baths, Thermal Springs, and Polynesian Spa before dropping you at your accommodation.

Day 5: Rotorua; Rotorua at Leisure & Te Po Cultural Evening

Enjoy a free day in Rotorua to experience the city as you wish. Visit hot pools or mud baths, take a cruise on Lake Rotorua, explore the mighty Redwoods, or try white-water rafting or ziplining. In the evening, head to Te Puia at 4pm for the Te Po Combo including a guided walk through native bush and geysers, visit the Kiwi Conservation Centre, explore Maori arts and crafts, savor a buffet dinner, enjoy a cultural performance, and optionally, visit the Pohutu Geyser by night.

Day 6: Queenstown; Rotorua to Queenstown & Leisure

Transfer from your Rotorua hotel to the airport for your flight to Queenstown (not inlcuded). Upon arrival, enjoy a private transfer to your accommodation for the start of a 4-night stay. The rest of your day is at leisure to relax or explore the Queenstown town center at your own pace.

Day 7: Queenstown; Milford Sound Small Group Glass Roof Tour

Meet your guide for a small group tour to Milford Sound. Travel in comfort through Southland and Te Anau to Fiordland National Park and along the Milford Road. Upon arrival at Milford Sound, embark on a 2-hour small boat nature cruise with a knowledgeable guide to see spectacular waterfalls and unique wildlife such as dolphins, penguins, and fur seals. After the cruise, return by van to Queenstown. Packed lunch included.

Day 8: Queenstown; Best of Queenstown Tour & Leisure

Join a fully-guided sightseeing tour of the best of Queenstown. Take in panoramic views over Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables, visit Arthurs Point and the Edith Cavell Bridge, and see the Shotover River. Explore Arrowtown’s historic streets before visiting the Gibbston Valley for a wine and cheese tasting. End your tour with a scenic cruise on Lake Wakatipu, then enjoy the rest of the day at leisure in Queenstown.

Day 9: Queenstown; Day at Leisure in Queenstown

Today is at leisure to explore Queenstown and its surrounds. Optional activities include bungy jumping, zip-lining, riding the Gondola, or joining local food and beverage tasting tours. Customize your day to best suit your interests, or simply enjoy the beautiful scenery and vibrant culture Queenstown has to offer.

Day 10: Queenstown; Day at Leisure in Queenstown
